Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and employee administration processes.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, attendance, leave, and other HR administrative documents.
• Handle General Affairs operations, including office administration, procurement, and facility management.
• Prepare and maintain company legal documents, permits, and administrative compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to support business operations.
• Ensure HR, GA, and Legal administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Perform other administrative tasks related to HR, General Affairs, and Legal.

Persyaratan:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources, Management, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in HR Administration, General Affairs, or Legal Administration.
• Familiar with recruitment and HR administrative processes.
• Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
