Job Summary
As a Footwear Product Designer, you will play a key role in transforming ideas into innovative footwear collections that combine aesthetics, comfort, functionality, and market appeal. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about footwear, have a strong sense of design and creativity, and are eager to contribute to the development of products that inspire consumers while maintaining high standards of quality and manufacturability

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design.
• Previous experience in footwear or product design is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in footwear design and product development.
• Able to create manual or digital product sketches.
• Able to develop creative ideas into clear product concepts.
• Good understanding of shape, proportion, color, materials, functionality, and product details.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, or other relevant design software.
• Knowledge of 3D design software will be an advantage.
• Updated with footwear, fashion, color, and lifestyle trends.
• A design or sketch portfolio is required.
• Willing to be placed in Gempol, Pasuruan.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop footwear concepts and product designs.
• Create manual and digital sketches from different angles.
• Determine product shapes, colors, materials, and design details.
• Prepare mood boards, colorways, and alternative design concepts.
• Coordinate with Pattern Makers and the Technical Team during sample development.
• Evaluate and revise designs based on sample and fitting results.
• Ensure designs are attractive, comfortable, functional, and feasible for production.
