Floor Manager – Heart and Spoon

Placement : RO3ST COFFEE - Gading Serpong

At Heart and Spoon, we believe that great food should always be served with warmth, care, and genuine hospitality. We are looking for an energetic, charismatic, and organized Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure seamless service, immaculate cleanliness, and strict adherence to Heart and Spoon's quality standards.
• Supervise, train, and inspire waitstaff, hosts, and cashiers to deliver warm, attentive, and professional service.
• Welcome guests, gather feedback, and resolve any customer concerns quickly and gracefully to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Create balanced shift rosters and efficiently delegate tasks to ensure optimal floor coverage during peak and off-peak hours.
• Work closely with the kitchen team (back-of-house) on menu availability and maintain high standards of health, safety, and hygiene on the dining floor.
• Support the achievement of sales targets through effective floor management and team motivation

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Floor Supervisor, Floor Manager, or similar leadership role in the F&B/Hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Exceptional customer service orientation with sharp attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment during peak hours and adapt to shift schedules (including weekends and public holidays).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, hands-on attitude.
