FINANCE SUPERVISOR

Job Description:

• Oversee daily cash and banking transactions
• Supervise vendor payments and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
• Monitor and control advances, and cash advances
• Ensure proper implementation and compliance with Finance SOPs
• Review bank reconciliations and financial records
• Support monthly financial closing in accordance with established timelines
• Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, Banks, Vendors, and other related departments
• Support internal and external audit activities

Qualifications:

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
• Knowledge of banking operations
• Basic understanding of taxation
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
• Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks is an advantage)
• Familiar with Internet Banking and Cash Management Systems
• Brevet A/B/C certification is an advantage
