FINANCE SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
- Oversee daily cash and banking transactions
- Supervise vendor payments and Accounts Payable (AP) processes
- Monitor and control advances, and cash advances
- Ensure proper implementation and compliance with Finance SOPs
- Review bank reconciliations and financial records
- Support monthly financial closing in accordance with established timelines
- Coordinate with Accounting, Warehouse, Banks, Vendors, and other related departments
- Support internal and external audit activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting or Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance & Accounting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Solid understanding of Finance & Accounting processes
- Knowledge of banking operations
- Basic understanding of taxation
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
- Intermediate English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Experience with accounting systems (QuickBooks is an advantage)
- Familiar with Internet Banking and Cash Management Systems
- Brevet A/B/C certification is an advantage
