• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity within the factory operations

• Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar project management role, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry
• Proficient in Japanese & English language, both written and spoken, with the ability to effectively communicate with Japanese stakeholders
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control methodologies
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality results
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
