Export Operation Staff

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in sea freight, international logistics, freight forwarding, or a shipping line.
• Proficient in English (both oral and written) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong understanding of export processes and documentation.
• Experience in a freight forwarding company or a Chinese company is an advantage.
• Familiar with export operations from Indonesia to the US and Canada.
• Familiar with the CEISA 4.0 system.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team; energetic, enthusiastic, and proactive.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be placed in Kemayoran, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• Handle export shipment operations end-to-end, including booking with carriers (e.g., ONE, MSC, CMA, Maersk), submitting SI and VGM, and issuing HBL through the system.
• Manage export declarations, including creating manifests (BC 1.1) via the CEISA 4.0 system.
• Proactively manage shipment discrepancies, rollovers, delays, and carrier-related issues, ensuring timely communication with all stakeholders.
• Send timely pre-alerts to overseas agents/consignees with complete shipment documentation (BL, invoice, packing list, etc.).
• Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Maintain accurate operational records, documentation, and reports in accordance with company SOPs and requirements.
