Tanggung Jawab Utama:

• Lead the pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical systems, including HV, MV, and LV equipment.
• Verify electrical installations against approved drawings, specifications, single-line diagrams (SLDs), and applicable standards.
• Plan and supervise testing, inspection, and energization of electrical equipment and distribution systems.
• Conduct or witness electrical tests, including insulation resistance, continuity, transformer tests, protection relay testing, cable testing, and functional testing.
• Coordinate the energization sequence of substations, switchgear, MCCs, transformers, UPS systems, generators, and auxiliary electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues encountered during commissioning and plant start-up.
• Coordinate closely with automation, instrumentation, mechanical, and process commissioning teams to ensure integrated system readiness.
• Support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and performance testing of electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures, permit-to-work systems, and commissioning safety requirements.
• Review and clear electrical punch lists before system handover.
• Prepare commissioning procedures, test records, energization reports, as-built documentation, and final commissioning reports.
• Provide technical support during plant start-up, stabilization, and performance optimization.
• Train operations and maintenance personnel on electrical system operation, safety, and maintenance practices.

Kualifikasi yang Dibutuhkan:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in electrical commissioning for industrial facilities, preferably in pulp & paper, power generation, petrochemical, or other heavy industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power distribution systems, substations, transformers, switchgear, MCCs, protection systems, and industrial electrical equipment.
• Experience with protection relay testing, electrical commissioning procedures, and power system troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with international electrical standards (IEC, IEEE, NFPA, or equivalent).
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership abilities.
• A contract-based during project phase, with a high chance of permanent during operation & maintenance phase.
• Willing to be placed in OKI, South Sumatra.
