Executive Engineering - Chief Mechanic

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Lead the Mechanical Sewing team and daily engineering operations.
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of sewing machines.
• Minimize machine downtime and improve equipment efficiency.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and support production continuity.
• Drive continuous improvement in machine performance and maintenance practices.
• Conduct training sessions to bridge the identified skill gap of mechanics in order to have a strong pool of Mechanics.
• Ensure all sewing/non-sewing machinery align with all Health, Safety and Compliance guidelines to maintain zero accidents.

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in engineering or maintenance within a garment/apparel manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of sewing machines and garment production equipment.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement is an advantage.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Prior experience in mechanical sewing in apparel manufacturing is an advantage.
