• Own end-to-end delivery governance across multiple concurrent ERP projects (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and client engagements.
• Serve as the senior escalation point and executive relationship owner for key clients in Indonesia, SEA, and China.
• Provide delivery oversight and guidance to the Functional/Technical Team Leaders across SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite workstreams.
• Oversee project P&L, resourcing, staffing plans, and delivery quality across the ERP portfolio.
• Drive delivery methodology, standards, risk management, and continuous improvement across projects.
• Support business development: client pitches, proposals, contract negotiations, and account growth, including with Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
• Represent the company in strategic client meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews.
• Identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities and support expansion into new accounts across the SEA region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ERP vendor partners (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) at the regional level.
• Travel extensively to client sites across Indonesia, SEA (Malaysia), and China for executive meetings, project reviews, and training/enablement sessions.

Kualifikasi

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) is a distinct advantage.
• Business-level fluency in Mandarin Chinese is mandatory. Fluent English and Bahasa Indonesia are required for daily operations.
• 12+ years in ERP consulting, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership or Delivery Director capacity.
• Deep understanding of delivery mechanics across SAP, Oracle, and NetSuite. While hands-on configuration is not required, expert-level knowledge of multi-platform implementation cycles is essential.
• Proven track record of managing large, multi-workstream ERP portfolios with full P&L accountability.
• Exceptional client relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional teams and mentoring Team Leaders across concurrent, high-stakes projects.
• Must be based in Jakarta (full WFO). Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout Indonesia, SEA (Malaysia), and China for executive project oversight.
