Qualifications

  • Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Economics Education with a minimum GPA of 3.00 (on a 4.00 scale).
  • Proficient in English, both spoken and written, for instructional purposes.
  • Open to fresh graduates; teaching experience, internships, or assistant teaching experience are considered an advantage.
  • Experience teaching Olympiad preparation, Cambridge curriculum, or UTBK-SNBT is a strong plus.
  • Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, strong communication skills, and genuine care for student development.
  • Possesses good character, high integrity, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning, and academic literacy.
  • Able to utilize educational technology and implement innovative teaching methods.
  • Capable of effective classroom management and fostering an inclusive, comfortable, and conducive learning environment.
  • Willing to participate in training, coaching, and professional development, with a growth mindset.
