Ringkasan Peran
Coastal Jasa Konstruksi currently seeks a highly driven and detail-oriented Director of Project Management to lead and oversee villa projects for our management company, from concept through completion. This role requires strong leadership, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience managing projects—especially with international clients.
You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on schedule, and within budget, while coordinating closely with an architect, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.
Tanggung Jawab Utama
- Lead and manage multiple projects end-to-end by accommodating and implementing the input from both clients and subcontractors.
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution
- Coordinate with external teams, vendors, contractors, and international clients
- Ensure project quality, timelines, and cost control are consistently met
- Prepare project reports and progress updates for management and clients
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
Kualifikasi
- Excellent spoken and written English (mandatory)
- Educational background in Civil Engineering
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or equivalent related discipline from an accredited university
- At least 5 years of practical experience leading projects, preferably working with international clients
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and quality standards simultaneously
- Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certified Building Construction Field Manager (SKK)
- Certified Associate Expert in Building Construction Engineering (SKK Ahli Madya)
- Certified Associate Expert in Building Engineering (SKK Ahli Madya)
