Job Descriptions

• Identify and develop opportunities for strategic collaboration with potential business partners.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with potential strategic partners and brand owners.
• Understand partners' needs regarding products, specifications, volume, quality, and other business requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments regarding product requirements, technical feasibility, specifications, quotations, sampling, product development, production capacity, and order fulfillment processes.
• Manage the business opportunity development process from initial contact, needs assessment, proposal preparation, and negotiation through to the establishment of a partnership.
• Prepare business proposals and presentations for prospective business partners.
• Conduct market mapping and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a business network within the medical device and healthcare industries.
• Ensure that business opportunity development aligns with the company's existing commercial structure and business partnerships.
• Prepare reports and provide information regarding the progress of collaboration opportunities to management.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, Health Sciences, Management, Marketing, or Business.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Development (BD) or Strategic Partnerships within the medical device manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing B2B relationships with brand owners or strategic partners.
• Understanding of the medical device manufacturing process (specifications, sampling, production) and disposable products (e.g., syringes).
• Proficient in negotiation, fluent in English, and proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
