• Min 1 year experience as Content Creator (in an agency or creative industry is a plus)
• Good looking, high-energy, creative, and not easily embarrassed
• Up-to-date with TikTok trends and familiar with UGC Content.
• Able to act confidently in front of the camera.
• Point plus if you can edit videos (CapCut or similar apps).
• Has a good sense of humor and wild ideas that can make content relatable and viral.
• Able to work fast, collaborate well, and take strong initiative.

Tanggung Jawab

• Create and execute fun, relevant, and engaging content ideas for TikTok and Reels
• Up-to-date with TikTok trends so our content stays fresh and on point
• Able to shoot videos independently or with the team, and comfortable appearing on camera
• Produce short-form videos on a daily basis
• Optimize captions, hashtags, and posting times to maximize performance
• Analyze content performance and provide creative insights to the marketing team
