Role Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Commercial and Finance Manager with proven expertise in strategic financial oversight and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Indonesia's financial accounting frameworks, taxation regulations, and compliance standards. Proficiency in Singapore and broader regional accounting practices, tax systems, and cross-border financial operations is highly advantageous. Candidates must exhibit strong business acumen, the ability to drive fiscal optimization, and a track record of aligning financial strategy with organizational growth. Prior experience navigating multinational regulatory environments will be prioritized.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with various departments to optimize financial performance.
- Provide insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary education in finance and accounting
- 5 years experience in management position related to commercial finance and accounting
- Preferably working in advertising, communications and PR environment
- Knowledge in Human Resource especially employment and labour laws in Indonesia
- Extensive experience in Indonesian finance and taxation.
- Knowledge of Singapore and regional accounting systems is a plus.
- Strong business sense and acumen.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa, both written and spoken.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
