We're looking for an exceptional Client Engagement & Sales Executive to represent our premium property and lifestyle brands.
This is a front-line, customer-facing role suited to someone who is naturally confident, polished, outgoing, and thrives on meeting new people. If you can build rapport within minutes, make clients feel comfortable, and consistently convert conversations into sales opportunities, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and engage prospective clients professionally.
• Build trust and strong relationships quickly.
• Present premium real estate products and services with confidence.
• Qualify leads and understand client requirements.
• Follow up enquiries and maintain ongoing client relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Represent the company at events, exhibitions, launches, and networking functions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain CRM reporting quickly and accurately.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• Proven experience in customer-facing sales or client engagement.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• A polished, professional presentation.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to read people.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
• Confidence speaking with local and international clients.
• Self-motivation, ambition, and a results-driven mindset.
• English proficiency (additional languages are an advantage).
• Experience with CRMs and tech software.
