Area Sales Supervisor - Bali

Job Descriptions:

  • Implement strategy and plan for the whole area sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
  • Manage customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense (Promotion expense management).
  • Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors.
  • Account Receivable management.
  • Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and Sales Promotion MD on Modern Trade channel plan’s execution.
  • Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with Sales Director.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG company, handle General & Modern Trade / MT Local channel.
  • Able to negotiation with outlet and buyer.
  • Good relationship skill with internal and external contacts.
  • Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
  • Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
  • Experienced handling sales in Bali & Lombok.
  • Willing to work based in Bali & Lombok.
