Area Sales Supervisor - Bali
Job Descriptions:
- Implement strategy and plan for the whole area sales accordance with overall channel strategy and each customer to deliver sales target.
- Manage customer profitability by ensuring effective & efficient usage of expense, especially promotion expense (Promotion expense management).
- Build strong & committed customer relationship to national and local modern trade account as well as local distributors.
- Account Receivable management.
- Oversee team management & coordination with head office team and Sales Promotion MD on Modern Trade channel plan’s execution.
- Local distributor terms of trade negotiation, business development agreement and co-ordination with Sales Director.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in FMCG company, handle General & Modern Trade / MT Local channel.
- Able to negotiation with outlet and buyer.
- Good relationship skill with internal and external contacts.
- Dynamic, able to work independently and in a team.
- Preferably Supervisor/Coordinators specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
- Experienced handling sales in Bali & Lombok.
- Willing to work based in Bali & Lombok.
