Architectural Designer
Nelson Architects is looking for a passionate Architectural Designer to join our team in creating timeless luxury residences and exceptional architectural experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
• Strong design thinking and creativity.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural design, materials, and construction.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts from schematic design to design development.
• Prepare presentation drawings and client presentation materials.
• Coordinate with the project team and consultants.
• Support project execution from design through documentation.
