We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team.
This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective cost control, and smooth accounting operations within our manufacturing environment.

General Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in manufacturing
• Male, maximum 35 years old
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or similar platforms is an advantage

Technical Qualifications

• Proficient in preparing manual journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end closing
• Strong understanding of COGS calculation, raw material costing, factory overhead, and direct labor costs
• Experienced in managing fixed asset records, depreciation, and physical asset audits
• Good knowledge of inventory movements, stock adjustments, and perpetual vs. periodic inventory systems
• Able to prepare complete financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
• Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations, including PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 25, VAT, and related reconciliations
• Able to perform timely monthly and yearly financial closing processes
• Skilled in reconciling bank accounts, receivables, payables, inventory, fixed assets, cash, stock, and physical asset counts
