We're looking for an experienced Accounting & Finance Manager who will become a strategic business partner to the CEO while ensuring strong financial governance and sustainable business growth.

• Improve systems, reporting, and internal controls to support business scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Business Partner

• Develop financial strategies that support business growth.
• Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Analyze profitability, business performance, and investment opportunities.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance across stores and business channels.

Accounting & Reporting

• Ensure accurate and timely daily, monthly, and annual financial reporting.
• Lead monthly closing and financial statement preparation.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK and Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards.
• Prepare management reports and financial dashboards.
• Maintain strong accounting controls and reporting accuracy.

Tax & Compliance

• Oversee tax planning and compliance (PPh 21, PPh 23, PPh 26, PPN, PBB, and Corporate Income Tax).
• Manage and ensure the accurate preparation, reconciliation, and timely submission of Annual Corporate Income Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan).
• Coordinate with tax consultants, external auditors, and tax authorities.
• Ensure timely monthly and annual tax reporting and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen internal controls and corporate governance.

Team Leadership & Systems

• Lead and develop the Finance, Accounting & Tax team.
• Build effective SOPs and continuously improve business processes.
• Optimize financial workflows using Accurate ERP.
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax.
• Minimum 3 years as Accounting & Finance Manager or equivalent.
• Strong experience in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch businesses.
• Excellent knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation and accounting regulations, including hands-on experience in handling Annual Tax Returns (SPT Tahunan Badan & Pribadi).
• Mandatory: Certified Brevet A & B.
• Mandatory: Proficient in Accurate Accounting System.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
• High integrity, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to be based in Surabaya.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail businesses with multiple branches.
• Experience implementing financial process improvements.
• Familiar with ERP implementation and business automation.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to improve finance productivity.
