Account Payable Analyst

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and mathematical skills.
• Experience using SAP is preferred.
• Willing to work at the office in Central Jakarta.
• Willing to work extended hours and on weekends when required.

Employment Type:

• 6-month contract.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment.
• Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry.
• Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation.
• Generate purchase orders when necessary.
• Obtain and print signatures on all checks.
• Assist senior financial officers as needed.
